I worked with a first time home buyer back in Jan and close of escrow was in March. It was a difficult transaction to say the least. Many changes were made during the process between the buyer and seller and change in home insurance company and even a change in escrow. Also, sourcing deposits became a nightmare for the borrowers. I thought after everything was done and borrowers got keys to their new home, I would not hear from them again…two days ago, their colleague at work called me to help her finance her home. Her purchase price is almost 2x the price of the past client. I am assisting her now to process her new home purchase.

Communication is key. Good news, bad news, no news….our job is to stay in touch with our clients and our business partners. Business does not only come from flyers and advertisements, they come from warm referrals.
